NEW YORK LIVE - "F" as in Fiduciary - Mastering the Responsibilities of a Healthcare Plan Benefits Administrator
Our panel will discuss new fiduciary rules applicable to employers.
Please join us for our upcoming live program, "F" as in Fiduciary - Mastering the Responsibilities of a Healthcare Plan Benefit Administrator, a panel discussion addressing new fiduciary requirements for employer-sponsored health plans.
This one-hour presentation is for benefits specialists, plan professionals, HROs, CFOs, CEOs, business owners, or other fiduciaries tasked with healthcare plan oversight. The curriculum is informative and relevant, covering essential areas pertaining to health care plans and the new fiduciary duties and responsibilities of plan sponsors.
The Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (CAA) is the most significant compliance challenge employers have encountered since the 2009 enactment of the Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare. Yet not many are talking about it or understand their new responsibilities.
Some of the topics to be covered include:
- What are employers' responsibilities to be compliant under the CAA 2021 and by when?
- Who is responsible for implementing these new requirements?
- What, if any, is the current litigation environment around the CAA?
When: Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 3:30 – 5:30 PM. Registration and networking begin at 3:30 | Program starts at 4:00 pm.
Where: Join the panelists live at the CBIZ offices at Bryant Park (enter from either 40th or 41st Street between Broadway and 6th Avenue).
