Chapter Events

Advance Cancellation by Attendee

Subject to the chapter’s cancellation policy, if a registered attendee (whether or not a member) notifies the chapter registrar at least 72 hours in advance of the beginning of a scheduled event, the attendee may request a refund of the amount paid to attend the event (including meals and CE credit if applicable) or a credit of the amount to his or her account for a future WEB event sponsored by the chapter. If a refund is not requested, the canceling attendee may request a copy of all materials made available to the event’s attendees.

Other Cancellation by Attendee

Subject to the chapter’s cancellation policy, if a registered attendee (whether or not a member) notifies the chapter registrar fewer than 72 hours in advance, including in the event of a no-show attendee, the attendee is not entitled to a refund or credit of any amount paid to attend the event. However, the canceling attendee may request a copy of all materials made available to the event’s attendees.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by WEB

In the event a live event is canceled or rescheduled by WEB, the attendee may request a refund of the amount paid to attend the event (including meals and CE credit if applicable) or a credit of the amount to his or her account for a future WEB event sponsored by the chapter, including the rescheduled event, if applicable.

 

National WEBinars and Other Events

Advance Cancellation by Attendee

If a registered attendee (whether or not a member) notifies WEB National (via info@webnetwork.org) at least 72 hours in advance of the beginning of a scheduled WEBinar or other event, the attendee may request a refund of the amount paid to attend the WEBinar or event (including meals and CE credit if applicable) or a credit of the amount to his or her account for a future WEBinar or event. If a refund is not requested, the canceling attendee may request a copy of all materials made available to the Webinar's or event’s attendees.

Other Cancellation by Attendee

If a registered attendee (whether or not a member) notifies the WEB National (via info@webnetwork.org) fewer than 72 hours in advance, including in the event of a no-show attendee, the attendee is not entitled to a refund or credit of any amount paid to attend the event. However, the canceling attendee may request a copy of all materials made available to the WEBinar’s or event’s attendees from info@webnetwork.org.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by WEB

In the event a National WEBinar or other event is canceled or rescheduled by WEB, the attendee may request a refund of the amount paid to attend the event (including meals and CE credit if applicable) or a credit of the amount to his or her account for a future WEBinar or event, including the rescheduled WEBinar or event, if applicable.
