There is a savings if you complete your membership application online. You are not required to pay online to receive the savings! You will receive the additional savings whether you pay online with a credit card or mail your check! The only requirement is to complete the application online. Once you complete the online application, you will be asked to choose one of two payment choices:

• Pay online with a credit card. Your membership will be activated immediately.
• Mail your payment to WEB. Your membership will be activated when your payment is received.

If you do not wish to complete a membership application online, please click Paper Membership Application. There is a higher rate for mailing a paper application. Once the application has downloaded to your computer screen, please: 1) print the application, 2) complete the application and, 3) mail it with your check to:
